I acquired my skills from family and local entrepreneurs in my native Northeast Georgia birthplace. A true barbecue guru practices his trade and passion year round. The smoke in real barbecue comes mainly from the wood. If you aren’t using it in one form or another, you are not barbecuing.

Barbecue should always be cooked at a slow pace at low temperature. To get that wonderful mouth-watering flavor in our meats, it takes many hours of cooking in our custom–built wood burning smoker to reach perfection. My barbecue is crunchy brown on the outside and juicy on the inside. My barbecue is the real deal!

Mr. Fennie’s Southern Pride Mobile Oven and Pit Smoker cooks up to 500 pounds of meat at a time and is simple and automatic, so there’s no guesswork, no need to turn the meat. Just Tender to the Bone meat every time!
